What were yesterday's Shopify sales? How much did ads spend? Did it work?

To find out, you log in to Shopify, Meta and Google, and add it all up yourself. On busy days and weekends, it often gets skipped.

WhatRev does that sum for you, and sends it every morning at 8. On WhatsApp, email, Telegram or Slack.

It takes three steps. One: connect your Shopify store and your Meta and Google ad accounts. About 30 seconds. Access is read-only. WhatRev never changes anything in your store. Two: set your sales target for the month. Three: wake up to your numbers. No app to install. No dashboard to open.

Each morning you get six numbers: sales, orders, AOV, ad spend, ROAS and returns. Each one for yesterday, for the month so far, and against last month. Your ROAS is blended: total sales divided by total ad spend, across Meta and Google. A bar shows how close you are to this month’s target. All in your store’s own currency.

Each number shows yesterday, the month so far and the change against last month, with progress toward your monthly target. It arrives on WhatsApp, email, Telegram or Slack, weekends included.

Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Ads. Shopify is required; Meta and Google are optional and add ad spend and blended ROAS. TikTok Ads, Amazon and Amazon Ads are in the pipeline.

Your total Shopify sales divided by your total ad spend across Meta and Google. It is one number for all your ads, instead of the ROAS each ad platform reports for itself, and it measures efficiency, not profit.

Yes. WhatRev connects through Shopify's official OAuth with read-only access only — we can never see your password or change anything in your store. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and we don't keep a copy of your order or customer data: it's pulled fresh from Shopify each morning to build your report, then discarded rather than stored in our database.
